Secure Folder asks for password I don't know and the "forgot password" question does not appear.

Each time I try a possible password I get locked out for a longer and longer period of time. I am now locked out for 8 hours until I can try again. Is there another way in?

Thanks, but I don't get the "forget password" option, I am just locked out again. I would reset password if I could.

@loui7: Please can you attempt the following steps as a possible workaround for your issue?

1. Settings > Apps > Samsung Account > More options(...) > Tap 'Uninstall update' (Samsung Account v14.0.00.11)
2. (In case of reset Password needed) Settings > Tap and sign in 'Samsung Account' on the top > Run 'Secure Folder' > Mistype Password > Tap 'Forgot password' > Tap 'Reset' on the reset Password popup > Enter new password.

Was having same issue found a suggestion ftom another forum member this solved my problem go to Settings, Apps, Secure Folder, Storage, Clear Cache. Hope it works for you xx
