I use a little sd card reader that plugs into your phone you can do a full backup of your phone to it or just move copy and past any folders or files to your internal storage £7 on Ebay

To transfer photos from a large SD card to your Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra, get an SD card reader that connects to your phone via USB-C. Insert the SD card into the reader. Plug the reader into your S22 Ultra's USB-C port. When prompted, select File Transfer or My Files. Navigate to the SD card and select the photos you want to transfer. Copy the photos and paste them into your desired folder in your phone's internal storage.
You can also use a PC as an Intermediary as below: Insert the SD card into your computer (using a built-in slot or a card reader). Copy the photos from the SD card to a folder on your computer. Connect your S22 Ultra to the computer using a USB-C cable. Use File Explorer (Windows) or Finder (Mac) to copy the photos to your phone's storage. Hope this will be your help.
