S22 Ultra shutting off, overheating, and no service connection

Hello, 

i have had my phone for 2 years the first year I had a phone that stopped connecting to service and then would randomly shut off and over heat it self.  Then I took it in they gave me a new phone same series and every thing. then after a year of having this phone it is doing the same exact thing my last phone was doing.

Hi there 👋, have you tried to perform wipe cache partition? If no turn off phone plug to PC, macbook etc then hold power and volume up button until samsung logo appears then quickly release power button and keep holding volume up until reboot menu shows up then with volume down navigate to wipe cache partition and press power button and restart your phone

Yes, I have tried that. I even tried taking it to a ubreakifix place and they said it was the software that was bad. So, they fixed it but that didn't even work
