this issue started since 22/03/2025 10:34pm, the phone froze for 10-15 sec and started rebooting many times, as per a youtube video suggestion i kept the phone in the freezer for sometime and the phone booted fine but started the reboot loop once outside the freezer for sometime! So by this i suppose the issue is with some overheating pin or connection which cant be felt. And also the phone was on longer when in aeroplane mode and battery saver mode, but when wifi/mobile data is turned on the phone froze again and started rebooting! has anyone found a fix for this pls revert back

I got it fixed at a local mobile repair shop as the samsung service centre was not skilled enough to repair the motherboard and insisted on replacing it for Rs42,000! The local repair shop charged me Rs7,000 for the repair. All the above solutions don't work cause the issue with the motherboard and the phone wont turn on or charge so above solutions can't even be tried!

In my opinion, take it to a samsung store. Something is really up. You could try clearning the cache partition. If you don't care about the data, you could try entering recovery mode and wiping the device. If it's a software bug that might fix it. You could also try and re flash the operating system (kinda re write all the android data) if a wipe doesn't fix it. This again would wipe all data.

If you care about your data or device, go to a samsung store. If you don't care about it or warranty, try the wipe or re flash

Potential Solutions:

Soft Reset: Press and hold the power and volume down buttons simultaneously for about 10 seconds until the device restarts. This can resolve minor software glitches.

Safe Mode: Booting into Safe Mode disables third-party applications, helping to identify if an app is causing the issue. To enter Safe Mode:

Press and hold the power button until the power off prompt appears.

Touch and hold "Power off" until the Safe Mode prompt appears, then tap "Safe Mode."

Clear Cache Partition: Wiping the cache partition can resolve issues stemming from corrupted system caches. To do this:

Turn off the device.

Press and hold the volume up and power buttons simultaneously until the Android logo appears.

Navigate to "Wipe cache partition" using the volume buttons and confirm with the power button.

Factory Reset: If other methods fail, performing a factory reset may resolve the issue. Ensure all important data is backed up before proceeding:
