Samsung Wallet

Greetings and glad tidings to whoever reads this. I live in London I own a Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra and I use Samsung Wallet. I must say that switching from Samsung Wallet from Google Wallet has been really beneficial to me.

Samsung Wallet is truly and amazing platform however I think it is shooting way below its potential. While it is so cool to be able to add vouchers payment cards and event tickets, I think people should be able to add Oyster Cards and Freedom Passes on Samsung Wallet. 

It would put us (Samsung) ahead of the competition when it comes to features and increase the popularity and convenience of Samsung Wallet over other payment platforms i.e. Google Wallet and Apple pay. I believe that this can and should be done immediately.

Also I'm surprised that only you can only add the passes of 2 airlines on Samsung Wallet (as of right now) this should be changed immediately to increase convenience.

I hope that my request/suggestion will be taken into consideration. Thank you for reading

P.S Samsung Wallet supports the addition of cards from Barclays, Santander and HSBC but not Lloyd's Bank. Why is this the case?

Hey there

An interesting post and one full of potential.

In the Samsung Members App there is the option to submit feedback. If you are able, maybe add it there as that is the best way to get Samsung to see it.

(we are all customers on here save for a number of Moderators).

Our "developers for now rejected the suggestion, but will keep an eye on similar suggestions from users."

Feedback is always appreciated and, even if the response is akin to "not at this time", it does not exclude the possibility of this being implemented in the future.
