Does anyone in the UK know Samsung complaints email address? I have asked the Online shop, Twitter and Facebook messenger, they are all struggling to provide one. After the Note 7 disaster one would have expect they would learn Customer Service.

Thank you for your help. I'll be sending a email and letter and try to get my money back. I don't know what am going to do once I get my money. Did you get a call back when they received your letter or was it the email?

They contacted me when they got my letter, I had another call from them a week later to see if any progress had been made - it hadn't, but they did follow that up with an email which is how I got that address. Been mostly email since then. Some calls have been from an 0333 number but this week had one from a Withheld one - I don't usually answer those but at the third one I though it best to do so! It was someone who was checking I had my replacement, he was keen to end the call so I had to stop him so that I could explain the saga!

Hi, old post I know but after speak to someone on live chat I finally got this emails for complaints. How successful it will be I'm not sure but hopefully of use to someone.

Hi. Did you ever get a response from this e-mail address?

I find myself in a similar position as many of you. My first time ordering something from Samsung direct and the item was faulty on arrival. Speak to support via chat and get things arranged for a collection/replacement. Item is collected and I hear nothing for a week. Contact online support again and coincidentally get an e-mail indicating that I have "Requested an exchange". I got on to the order tracking page and it doesn't even show that the item has been collected on the little tracking timeline bar. Multiple attempts later and all I'm told is, "Don't worry, once the return has been processed you'll receive a replacement in 5-10 working days." How wonderfully vague. Twitter is hopeless as they don't deal with online store issues. I'm stunned at the total lack of integration between support functions in one of the worlds largest consumers electronics companies! If it wasn't for the special price I received on the item, I'd have been far better off with any one of the high street retailers. An absolute shambles!

Please can I have the email you managed to get contact from? 

I have been chasing a refund for a tablet since it arrived with them on the 5th of June! 🤦‍♀️

Why can I not download yugioh dualcross on the second most expensive device you sell but yet older and cheaper models can, sort it out
