Samsung s22 ultra UK call recorder not working

So I have little hope call recorder will be working after brexit,  but what happen is still blocking,  I try put thailand sim card to change soft code but in this case not working,  works on my s20 in 2020 

Do you guys have ideas how to unlock without reinstal soft by odin?

I noticed that if you turn on the Wi-Fi Calling feature in the Call app settings, then the Call Record facility would not work.

If you turn off the above setting, the Call Record facility works. Try this.
