Samsung S22 Ultra LED view cover

Hi, I received my new cover but on any wireless charging device, it makes a crackling sound when charging. This does not sound right or safe. Is this right? Plus struggling to use the front cover to answer calls/turn off alarms. Simply not working....Anyone else have this issue? Can I return? Not sure how....thanks

It shouldn't be making that sound.

Can you test it on another phone ?

In regards to returns if Samsung supplied it directly then their should be a returns label in the box. Contact the Samsung Online shop team and they'll arrange for DPD to collect @Members_yGfdYzG

I have the Led cover, it's ok when charging the phone, no sound of crackling. Can't answer calls directly from the cover, other reviewers reported the same on YouTube. Seems to be a bug with the Led cover software
