Since I start using the Samsung Uktra S22 I am facing a few issues with UI:

Mine has been fine.
In regards to out of sync try a soft reboot by turning the phone Off and On.
In regards to freezing please try....

If your using Google Chrome then perhaps try the Samsung Internet Browser App.
Also try the avenues I mentioned above.

Hello im facing the exact same issues.
Video freeze for 1 or 2 scd on every app (whatsapp, Instagram, etc) and then the sound is off sync
