first of all hello everyone. I am writing this subject in translation, I hope you can understand me. it will be about 1 year since he bought samsung s22 ultra 258(sm-s908B) exynos. i pre-ordered because i trusted samsung company ( i am stupid...). Battery problem after first screen problem. occasional freezes. The camera is like a medium phone in low light. And most importantly, I have to play pubg mobile 30fps for exactly 1 year. When I talk to pubg it says it is device related. i download another game and same problem 30 fps. The device supports 120fps, but it doesn't mean anything to me if I can't use it in a game. I paid 1300 euro for this phone. On average the same money as people in America. Samsung officially sees people living in Europe as stupid because exynos is always a problem. I have given feedback many times. I wrote as a suggestion but no response. people on the forum complain about the same issue, but it only exists until samsung sells us the phone. I am too angry. I've been waiting for 1 year and no response. I think it's time to give up on samsung because it has already given up on its customers.
