Hi everyone!
I've pre-ordered my S22 Ultra online on the 10th February and picked up the phone yesterday, from the Samsung KX (King's Cross)!
Today I've tried to claim the Galaxy Buds Pro and attached all the relevant details/receipts! After a couple of hours of submitting the claim, received the email attached saying they couldn't approve!
I always pre order my Samsung phones, to be able to get the free gifts and I've never had any issues before!
Can someone help me, please.

That's great, hopefully I get mine soon too...it's just frustrating when you have to work so hard, to get your free item! Done two claims now and still getting the same automated email, it sucks.

Glad you got it sorted bud. To be honest at this point I don't really care about Disney + as I already have but the Galaxy Buds Pro, I definitely want them.
