Hi everyone!
I've pre-ordered my S22 Ultra online on the 10th February and picked up the phone yesterday, from the Samsung KX (King's Cross)!
Today I've tried to claim the Galaxy Buds Pro and attached all the relevant details/receipts! After a couple of hours of submitting the claim, received the email attached saying they couldn't approve!
I always pre order my Samsung phones, to be able to get the free gifts and I've never had any issues before!
Can someone help me, please.

I just tried to make another claim and attached my order invoice, a screenshot of the IMEI 1/2 and a screenshot of my order page and and email just came back with the exact same reply, couldn't get approved!

You could email the Samsung UK Online Shop Team to ask them to clarify what's happening.
If this was my situation I'd include a screenshot of the Samsung Sales Invoice and pictures of your About phone section that shows the imei and a picture of the retail Box panel that also shows the phone's imei information.

I've sent them an email (support@samsunguk.zendesk.com), with screenshots of both IMEI 1/2 and the receipts I have, so let's see what they say next!
It's a really frustrating situation, when you have to go back and forth, for something that should be rightfully yours!
