I'm pretty sure you go into settings and head to the apps page. I don't know where to go from there, sorry!

You can't, natively. You would need a 3rd party app (such app will need admin rights). Maybe Alliance Shield can do it

Tap on the phone settings cog. Scroll down and tap on Apps. Scroll down the list to the one you want to disable and tap on it. From there you can disable or uninstall that app. If you don't see disable or uninstall then it is a system app that can't be touched.
A tip that I always do is to scroll down to the app I don't want. Then tap on Storage for that app and clear the cache and data before hitting the uninstall or disable button. Don't know if that has any effect but I never have any problems after.

Can you give an example on which apps are doing this @BRUNO1981

Also was your phone supplied directly by Samsung or via a mobile network  ?

Daily Driver > Samsung Galaxy s²⁵ Ultra 512Gb ~ Titanium Black.

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
I'm here to help. " This is the way. "
