I'm done with Samsung been using Samsung for years. My company using JobNimbus for our CRM “Customer Relationship Management” software/app. From what I've been told Samsung does not currently support 3rd party caller ID services. So the caller ID feature does not work in JobNimbus, which would tell me if a customer is calling. Looks like I'm getting a Google Phone next time!

I always thought the S22 came with Hiya caller ID. It just needed to be toggled on. Is this a region thing maybe. Where are you based?

Try downloading Hiya Caller ID & Call Block from the Google Play Store and see if that works

JobNimbus told me that some Samsung phones does not allow 3rd party caller ID services. Its Samsung!

I have it on my S22ultra, I'm in the UK it probably isn't available in your country if your not got it. Try to do what @Robin999 say and search for the Hiya Caller ID & Call Block 🚫 app from the Play Store it's available in a separate app if you don't already have it on your device.
