Hi samsung i am using this phone since 1 years a go but this update make my money waste i update my mobile its come on top white line battery draining fast mobile heat up plz help what do you need from this all things i can't sell also like this it will go on less money i need to change my screen samsung can help or use like this 🤦‍♂️😢this all updates for money because we buy new mobiles please samsung if you can do any help

1. Turn off the device.
2. Connect To Computer USBC to USBC (you may also connect to another Samsung mobile via USBC). Press and hold the Volume Up key and then press and hold the Power key
3. When the Android logo displays, release both keys.
4. Wait until the Android system recovery menu options appear.
5. Press the Volume down key several times to highlight wipe cache partition.
6. Press Power key to select.
7. Press the Volume down key to highlight yes, them and press the Power key to select.
8. When the wipe cache partition is complete, Reboot system now is highlighted.
9. Press the Power key to restart the device.

Brother i tried ever solutions every thing but no any changes in mobile its only samsung need money if we use all old model's best who will buy s23 ultra and s24ultra 😢 really i buy this mobile how i know i did not use 3years mobile or collecting pocket money to bye good cell but in 1 year i got this bad update and everything lose samsung plz need help to change my mobile screen because its your mistake

Having this exact same issue. S22 Ultra auto updated to UI 6.1 last night and today the batter is draining extremely fast and the phone is noticeably hot to the touch all day.

Since I was a young child, I have been a devoted user of Samsung products, and the Note 3 was one of my favorite mobile devices. Recently, on April 3, 2022, I paid my hard-earned 1,19,000 INR in a retail store to purchase S22ULTRA 512GB.
But I noticed a Samsung update on July 5, 2024, and I installed it. Shortly after, the phone entered a reboot loop and remained in that state forever. Since there was no authorized service center nearby, I had to travel 600 km to Bangalore. after reaching Banglore I visited the Jayanagara service center around 2:30 PM as there was a queue with a token I handed over my phone at 3:30 PM initially
At first, I assumed it was a boot issue that the service center would fix because I was worried about my data, but after checking the phone, they charged 236 INR. and informed me that the phone was dead and that I would need to pay 43,722INR to have a new motherboard installed. Is this joke ongoing? and they claimed to have opened my phone to see if there was a boot issue that needed to be addressed, even for IPX-rated phones. The guy provided me with a customer service number after I asked these questions, however they were unable to help with my problem. and told me to collect my phone back and they mentioned that i would get a call the next day, with no phone in hand just a laptop whatsapp I waited near the service center the next day for any solution but I didn't receive any call, at the end exhausted drenched and thought that is the Samsung mobile phone life is just 1.6 to 2years?? is it my mistake installing Samsung official update?? is the Samsung phones are not stable?? from company to service center doing the fraud to make money??? Does Samsung not respect their loyal customer' time and money?? 

I purchased the phone expecting my data to be secure and last for at least four years but am I wrong??
 
We have to stop buying Samsung products as Samsung won't respect their loyal customers.
