Hi there, @brianwilks.
I understand that you've tried a Factory Reset which usually fixes most software issues, but it would be worth giving these steps on our website a try: https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/what-to-do-if-the-battery-of-my-new-phone-seems-to... Also, make sure that you only use a genuine Samsung charger as a third party charger won't charge the battery properly and would result in the battery draining and not lasting as long as it should.

Having exact same charging issues. Will plug phone in starts charging okay, (saying will take 1hour until fully charged) then I come back like 45 mins later to check on it and it's slowed down and saying will take 50 mins to fully charge. Before this update I had no issues
