S22ultra - phone overheats when charging

My new S22 ultra overheats when it's on charge and when I'm watching YouTube. I'm charging with 15w charger. Phone also freezes and lock screen and is laggy when typing. Also call quality is poor. And sometimes am unable to receive calls from social media apps, like Imo and WhatsApp.

I found a few phonex overheat when charging and using youtube or gamig at the same time. I think its either or. Watch Youtube or just charge dont try both at the same time.

For the keyboard I would recommend downloading Gboard from Google as it is way better than the Samsung keyboard. As for overheating the phone naturally gets warm when on charge and you're using it. If it gets too warm to touch/hold or looks to be swelling then contact Samsung support. As for calls these are data calls over WiFi or data? WiFi on the S22 Ultra is a bit hit and miss (especially on WiFi 6) and hopefully Samsung will patch this issue.

I've noticed my phone has started overheating when playing games.

My old phone would ghost tap if I tried using it on charge but it was notorious for it. They eventually fixed it with the last ever ROM update.

that's normal considering the game loads cpu, gpu and screen all the time. S22 ultra is fast and powerful phonez it plays games great, even Exynos has the advantahenof supporting RTX and the antire RDNA platform, which makes graphics more beautiful, for the games which support it, but this is taxing on thermals and battery. The s22 ultra is a business and productivity phone, not a gamer's phone.

what cable you are using between the charger and phone?

I never use the phone whilst it charges.
I have the 45w charger
I've returned the phone now for a replacement
