S22 wired Ethernet setup save button disabled

I need to set my phone to a static ip. After setting to static in the options on my phone the Save button is grayed out/ disabled. Cannot Save at all. 

Any solution to this?

I had the same problem, and was able to find a solution (it's very counter-intuitive, but it can be done):

First you must disable the Ethernet switch. Then "Configure Ethernet device" with static IP and gateway, and the Save button will be enabled. Then you can re-enable the Ethernet.
