S22 Ultra wifi not reconnecting

I've run into an issue where my S22 does not reconnect to an O2 hotspot where my workplace is, the wifi says connected, unsecured when I sign in every time. However, my S20 never did this, it automatically connected to the hot-spot whenever I was nearby even if the connection wasn't secure.

Any solutions on how I can make my S22 connect automatically to public wifi? It does reconnect to other wifi sources and mobile hotspots but just not this one.

I still have to manually connect as it prompts me to login. I think all public WiFi are set up like that. More secure

Why did my S20 automatically connect then? Its because of that I'm confused, everyone else at my workplace also reconnect.
