Recently, my phones been acting up. When charging my phone, it no longer fast charges despite using a Samsung issued cable and charging brick. I also couldn't use my Gamevice controller, which connects directly through usb c. I cleaned out the port as many others have suggested but to no avail.
When I connect it to my PC, it shows up and functions flawlessly so some of it is working. And when I connect a charger to my Gamevice controller, which has passthrough charging, the ******* thing works until I disconnect the cable. I've tried clearing both cache and data from the USBSettings app and cleared cache partitions of my phone in general but to no avail.
Is it a system bug thing or is my port busted?

It does appear that you have gone through a great deal of the known troubleshooting tips @Javier S
Could you try another oem Samsung Charging Brick and cord just as a process of elimination ?
You may need to let a Samsung Service Centre have hands on with the phone to run a diagnostic.
