Hi all,

Galaxy S22 Ultra and S24 Ultra Phones
Remote Desktop Access connection

How to rotate the remote screen of the phone 90 degree?

The phone is connected to a desktop PC ,via an USB cable, running Ubuntu 24.04 desktop Linux.  Operation is performed completely on the desktop PC because the phone screen is too small for work.  The phone screen is displayed on the PC display, size 32".  Please see attached screenshot.

However if enlarging the remote screen of the phone then its top and bottom can't been seen.  The height of the PC display is too small.

Is there any way rotating the remote screen of the phone 90 degree?  Then I can enlarge the remote screen of the phone bigger in size.  It will be more convenient for editing operation.

Please advise.  Thanks in advance.

Don't think I've seen such a thing, but would suggest MyPhoneExplorer

Hi Obsydivan,

Thanks for your reply and suggestion.

I got it done.  It is very easy to do it on my PC.

Steps:

Settings -> Displays -> Orientation

change from "Landscape" to "Portrait Right"

-> confirm.

That is all, very easy.  Pls see attached screenshot
