Facing display issues on Galaxy S22 Ultra

I bought my S22 ultra IND variant on March 2022. There are no problems found during my daily usage.
But suddenly Yesterday (20th July 2023) night when I was using my S22 ultra to watch a video on Facebook suddenly White light band appeared on my screen and the right portion of the display showing tinted color/mixture of green & yellow appeared without any reason I don't know.
My device have no physical damage or I have dropped my device never ever. Its display motion smoothness frequency was set to Adaptive.
Then from yesterday night, I found from various sources and even in the Samsung Mobile community also, that some people using S22 Ultra bought from various regions are facing with this same issue. Some have white band on the right side and some of them got it on the left side next to the camera cutout. But the problem is the same.

A quick temporary solution is that, to set the display frequency set 60 Hrz and the white band disappeared. But the screen is slightly yellowish than normal.

After all this, I contacted Samsung Customer Care and they took my phone remote, whatever steps they are saying, I had already done those like reset settings, switch on off, factory reset etc. Then I requested them to launch a complaint and they launch my complaint.

Please help me @samsungmobile

Yes, that's a known issue that Sammobile.com reported on his site and a temporary fix was to reduce the refresh rate frequency down to the lower settings till Samsung acknowledged a fix, God knows when that might be.

Thanks @keith30 for the reply. Yeah I also seeing that, I am not the only who is facing this issue. So do you have any idea that is this a hardware issue or software issue?

I'd suggest that you raise a case with Samsung Support and send them a bug report. In my experience they are pretty good in responding. However, it may take a while before you get a reply but it's well worth a shot.

Samsung warranty is typically only valid in the country it was purchased, so I guess they won't replace it?

Certainly, you can do the following to send a bug report:

Open Samsung Members app. Tap on the Support tab, scroll down until you find Error Reports under the Send Feedback topic. Tap on it to open the Error Reports page. Scroll down and select Display. This will generate the bug report in the background. Make sure you leave the Members app open until you get a notification that the report is ready. In the meantime, you can describe the problem in description field and make sure that the 'Send system log data' checkbox field is ticked. See my screenshot below as an example. It is probably a good idea to include your case number for reference.
