How useful is Samsung Support?

I recently installed a samsung update and my phones been acting up. The issue is more than likely the freeware stuff installed and the developer mode I'm working with. But honestly support was useless - The phone froze several times on Friday, Saturday and I had to force restart the phone and TODAY I actually get the message from the OS that my phone froze etc and send Samsung the crash report - Which is what I had been trying to do through conventional channels and got nowhere. Samsung updates cannot be rolled back apparently, without risking bricking the device - I may be completely wrong on this, but we need a way of restoring functionality immediately if the update causes crashes and freezes. If I'm wrong I hold my hand up but when you own a device that costs £1000+ you want to know there is a way of protecting your device! My 22 Ultra replaced my laptop for pretty much everying job related an when I needed a "computer'" I'd use DEX. 
Im thinking Im a little bit wrong on thise issue but Im old lol

same issue, there are other posts with a lot of people having the same issues, no response back from samsung when i have reported it on the members app

I have exactly the same issue since August 2024 update, the sim works fine on my s24 ultra, I was not experiencing this issue before August update
To answer how useful is Samsung support
Below is the answer
The more annoying this and most horrible experience I had was yesterday when I decided to call samsung support
To my surprise they said that they will charge me 100+ for this issue, I told them this is issue is caused by system update not any damage to the phone, they insisted to that charge for fixing my phone
This is so ridiculous

The only time I've ever called samsung support, I made 3 phone calls,  the first 2 people gave me bogus information. I made a 3rd call and that person gave me the solution. But again, that's my only experience with samsung support so I wouldn't think that one experience is representative of the entire department.
