So, here's an update.
After I contacted Samsung care+ (I purchased the 2 year plan), they told me to file a claim and wait for a replacement phone. I waited and waited and waited... but then, Samsung care+ contacted me asking if I would contact them. So, I did and we talked about a "Buyout plan". Basically, they wanted to buy back the phone minus the taxes I paid for the phone.... 😠😤😡🤬... C'Mon Samsung... you ripping people off for the cheap taxes so you can earn profit from a broken phone that obviously you're aware of being a manufacturer/vendor problem.
I am so disappointed in Samsung 😔😔😔😪😪😪🤦🏿♂️🤦🏿♂️🤦🏿♂️

I don't know about that. Mine started doing it yesterday, and we're having a hot streak. It was 105 degrees yesterday. *****! Sounds like this defect is here forever!

I've had my S22 Ultra for about a month, and this issue pops up. If Samsung doesn't step up and acknowledge and fix the problem, it'll be, hello Iphone! If Samsung has no loyalty to me, then right back at ya, Samsung! I don't like Apple, but Samsung needs a message. Be sure and let everyone know about this and how Samsung isn't handling it.

I also have crackling issues that dont go away with any solutions that are around
No replacement only repair which is crazy to me

Oh my goodness I'm so glad to know that I am not alone alone because I have only had this phone for maybe about 2 months and I noticed it the very 1st day that I got it! called T-Mobile to ask them what happened they couldn't give me an explanation but the phone was already past the 15 day trial. I guess you would call it that So basically I feel like I'm stuck with the phone that sounds horrible and the battery let's talk about it this battery drains quicker than any phone I have ever owned I can't believe it! I'm such a Samsung fan but I've really been contemplating that iPhone because at least they're not skimmping out On quality for their customers at last I have to say this to finish it off 10 out of 10 I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PHONE!

Have you tried popping out the SIM card, then putting it back in? I did that once and haven't had an issue since.

After having the phone for a few months, I've concluded it only happens (for me) after getting off an airplane. I travel every weekend and it's only after getting off of the plane that it does this. Seems to go away after a few hours. Haven't had the problem aside from traveling (knock on wood)...

Literally a lifelong Android user that's been on Samsung for the last 8 years. I just switched to the forbidden iphone cause of the quality issues and terrible battery of the Samsung's. For me it's Samsung or nothing for Android. Anything else I might as well switch to iphone..... At least the battery is great now. Oh and support is top notch

I offroad a lot so going up or down in elevation definitely is the cause of it. I notice it does it when I’m up in the mountains. Although you can simulate pressure changes from extreme temperature change like getting the phone cold. Either way, shouldn’t happen at all. No other water tight phone has this issue
