Just be mindful that Waze has had some 'issues' of late. "Cannot connect to network" wasn't fixed for over a month IIRC.

Got lost and nearly crashed while realising this issue for the first time.. 2nd time wife was with me so used her phone instead.. Yes still happening for me.. Ultra s22 in the UK with the non snapdragon chip... This is a joke.. Searching for GPS... First I thought it was an app issue.. Now I'm convinced its much deeper than software issue. Seriously considering taking this handset back to the experience store.. Experience hasn't been great

I have the same problem. It finds my location when stationary but as soon as I start moving, it says "lost gps signal. This happens when I use Google map and also with Calimoto as I use this when Im on my bike and the same result there. I doesn´t help to restart the phone either. This is really sad actually.

Not good enough, I hope Samsung fixes this ASAP because other than this issue, the phone is pretty good!

Try perhaps

1) Clear cache for Google Maps (or whatever app you're using).

2) Switch phone off.

3) Remove Sim card.

4) Re-insert Sim card after a minute.

If it's still unsuccessful at this point, perhaps try removing the phone case too? That's assuming you're using one.

Maybe also check if Battery Saver, Data Saver, or similar is causing the issue...

For everyone that is having issues with GPS.. this guide helped me and a few others here. 3 days so far no restart and GPS has been perfect:

reset APN settings ... Coonections - Mobile networks - Access point names, three dots top right....Reset.

Also Reset.      Settings- About phone- Reset-Reset Network settings.

Been no further issue with GPS not connecting and it tracks it as it should!
