[S22 Ultra] Lags on making call with dual-sims

Hi all,

So I am suffering a huge lag when I am trying to make a call. When I click the button, it takes almost 5 seconds to start the call. Is there a solution for it?

I only use 1 sim but experience exact the same issue. It usually takes seconds after choosing to dial a number before the call is finally made. Very frystrating.

I am also expefiencing this problem. Sometimes my phone during dialing is 5 seconds frozen and I'm wondering what's goins on, even try to call again the contact. It displays a message that I need to end the current call to make a new one. And only then it shows the actual dialing screen.

I've got Dual sims + Work profile. I wrote an error report to Samsung and expect a verdict soon. A phone so expensive shouldn't have problems with basic feature like dialing someone. These things were invented more than 20 years ago. It should be seamless.

Uninstalling the work profile fixed the issue for me. Can't believe this was the problem. Samsung should address this bug.

I have exactly the same issue with my S22 Ultra "sooo frustrating" have not uninstalled the work profile as yet as need it. Waiting to see if there's any response /solutions from Samsung.
