Has anyone any idea when Samsung intend to fix the glitches in S22 series? I have an S22 Ultra main issues are connection issues I.e wifi dropping, calls dropping etc also displaying images from Facebook notifications etc. Also sometimes throws a wobbler and have to restart phone.  Plenty of soft resets needed which shouldn't happen with a smartphone. My S20+ was fine nowhere near as bad as this? Not sure if it's hardware or new android version, I suspect it's a software glitches issue. Really irritating to pay through the nose for something that keeps playing up, it was probably released before it was ready

Some people have had some issues with their Samsung s²² series of phone's which has mainly been tackled by software updates sent out by Samsung @PaulC59

My Samsung Galaxy s²² Ultra has been fine.

Some generic troubleshooting tips are .....

In regards to calls dropping > Does this happen everywhere or in a particular area ?

As a process of elimination can you try your sim card in another phone.

And if possible another sim card in your phone.

In Settings > General Management > Reset > Reset Network Settings.

In regards to Wi-Fi dropping > Does this happen to any Wi-Fi source you connect to ?

If it's your Home Broadband Wi-Fi then try forgetting the network and reset the connection back up.

Some have found it beneficial to change wireless channel in the router.

Also some have found splitting the routers bands to 2.4ghz and 5ghz and then connecting the phone to one and then the other has helped as the phone may prefer one over the other.

A Samsung Service Centre can check out the phone.

Your phone also has a diagnostic test tool in your Samsung Members App.

I wish you all the best.  :smiling-face:

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.

Thank you for the reply. I did clear the cache previously, I'll do it again to see if it improves whilst it's been updated. It previously temporarily fixed things like Facebook posts not loading after clicking the view post link in emails etc but it comes back. I've not noticed a pattern with calls. I am using an esim in my phone so can't try it elsewhere. My suspicion is it is either glitches in android or phone software as I didn't seem to have the issues in older phones or possibly issues following transferring data to new phone from old phone. It just feels a bit glitchy compared with older models. I'll try the wipe cache again to see if it improves
