New s22 ultra delivered 25th Feb . All set up but experienced an issue with frozen lock screen. Had to hold down to power off but no warning of powering off. Not done it since but slightly worrying.

Same for me. Fingerprint icon half painted on the lock screen. Did not have to reboot, I closed the cover on the samsung LED case and opened it, all was OK. First time any problems, apart from the intermittent screen pixilation band when wqhd and natural mode selected- this was fixed with the recent firmware drop.

Just did it to me again. Double tapped power to open camera. Then power again to get back to lock and this popped up when pressing power again to unlock.

Having exactly same issue. Happened few times now. Frozen lock screen with fingerprint icon halfway there. What's samsung saying?
Fresh s22 ultra (no data/apps migrated). Few apps installed and latest update.

Have u guys "good lock" installed? Doubt that depends on that..

Same problem here (Frozen lock screen with fingerprint icon halfway), it had done it two or three times before the update and once just half an hour after the update.

I have experienced the frozen lock screen once. I have good lock but not using the lock screen module.

S22 Ultra, Exynos, March patch.
Here is a new problem. Twice now, when pressing the power button the screen turns on, the fingerprint animation starts appearing and then total freeze - phone restarts. Anyone else?

I'm not experiencing the glitch you are.
Can you please put your phone into Safe Mode and then see if this happens.
Https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-to-start-my-galaxy-device-in-safe-mode/ will help to highlight if an app or theme etc is potentially causing issues.
And can I ask if you used Samsung Smartswitch to move your information from your previous Samsung phone to your new Samsung Galaxy s²² Ultra ?
