Hi,

sometimes my  S22 ultra freezes after answering the call. how could this be fixed? i regularly update my phone

I cleared the Phone app's cache from settings anything else suggested is science fiction to me.. I couldnt get the phone to start in the "System Partition Section".
Clearing the phone cache "so far" has helped

This is so annoying, I've been f**king around with this phone errors since the day of my purchase (May 2022). First errors I've had with Bluetooth reception and freezing because of Bluetooth finally disappeared after A13 and OneUi 5.1. But, last week, especially todays two times freezing and restarting when accepting call, totally pissed me off and I actually don't know what to do. Does anyone have a proper solution how to solve this issue, except all options you already mentioned and going to Samsung service?

It happened again, a 1200euro phone which cannot do the basic thing - answer a phonecall. This phone should be recalled

Still happened 3 weeks later.. it is very random/can take week to happen again and I hope that I do not receive an emergency call when this happens..

I have the same experience. I wander if Samsung could provide an official response with the root cause. They have to take the responsibility and help resolve this issue!

Same here. After latest update my phone freeze while I tried to make a phone call. Can't believe what they can do with software upgrades... Very disappointed.

I have this problem from the day I bought this phone. And I bought same model for my wife, and she expirienced same issue on her phone. Obviously problem with phone, and no solution from Samsung from one year... Both phones are updated. Wery annoying, when premium model gives you behavior like this.
