My s22 ultra has been so slow with the Internet connection since day 1, but after like October this year, it's so worse I can't even play a game, or stream videos in 720p. I really hope s25 ultra isn't going to be like this or imma change to an iPhone and might kill myself for having an apple. Please, can anyone help. I should also mention that I get averagely 70 to 80 mb/s of speed so it's probably something else that's wrong.

Hey there

Sorry to hear of your issues.

Please perform a Reset Network Settings on your device. You won't lose data doing this. Your network should send you new APNs automatically within seconds.

Reboot your device.

Also worth checking, which apps are you using for video and when did you last clear their cache?

@savinu

Excellent suggestions by @Piper123  👍

To add ~ As a troubleshooting step try putting your sim card in the secondary sim slot to see if that helps.

And as a process of elimination can you try your sim card in another phone to see if the sim is at fault.

It could also be mast congestion or mast issues especially if this is happening in one area.

Of course this could also be an issue with your phone that the diagnostic tool found in your Samsung Members App may highlight and kr a Samsung Service Centre can assess your phone.

If i can be of any further help please don't hesitate to ask  😎

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.

Same issue for me on my S22. Since the November update i have little to no signal for calls or data. Wi-Fi strength is poor too.
It's not my carrier as I use two SIMs. ( three and EE) When I pop those sims in another device I get excellent signal strength.

I've followed all the Samsung suggestions, even factory reset my phone still is no good.

As its out of warranty they want well over £300 to repair it. Which I'm not paying.

They broke it they should fix it!

I'm currently liaising when Samsung support. Not sure how far I'll get.

If you find a resolution let me know.
