Здравейте! Имам готини новини. Днес махнах моя екран протектор и рестартирането спря. Сложих оригинала на Samsung. Има голяма вероятност стъклото или неправилните протектори да причинят повреди на електростатичния дисплей (чувствителност на S pen). Стискайте палци, ако беше това. Не издържах повече на това рестартиране. Ако рестартирането спрат, аз ще бъда най-щастливият потребител на S22U в света. 🙂

Didn't he come without a protector? I thought it was for the whole world without a glued protector, like last year's models.

I have the same problem with my Samsung s22 ultra. It shuts down randomly when not being used. The only setting to stop this is to set the display to always on. Even then it goes into a sleep state and does not receive message until it "restarts". Was on the phone to Samsung for hours and they are now sending me a new phone but I believe this is a software problem that needs to be fixed otherwise the phone is useless.

Sounds cool. In my country it is a big mistake to have your phone serviced, it is especially expensive. And a guarantee - there can be no question. They will drag him to repair shops, where they will bone him, if he is new, they will replace his display with an old one, because yours has not been scratched yet ... I have experienced all this. Even in official services. Once they returned it with a badly glued back cover and it was falling apart ... Tragedy. It's not about calling and saying the phone has a problem. For me Chrome was the culprit. I was having restarts almost every time I take to use the phone. However, after I force stopped and disabled the app (couldn't uninstall) the restarts stopped. Will update you if things change...
Battery still TERRIBLE. My Note 9 is still doing 2 full days with my usage. Note 9 is a 3 years old phone!!!

Correction.
After the security and performance update of 04/13/2022 this phone is back to restart after restart. I hope someone from Samsung is reading these comments as I am close to send them an invoice with all the time I wasted with this piece of you know what.

Actually same issue happens to me after setting up Bixby routine... I have disable Bixby routine(clear data and battery restricted) and past 1 weak didn't get freeze and restarted

I have had the same issue. Samsung told me to bring it to my local ubreakifix store (samsung authorized repair shop). I did this, they rebuilt the software on the phone, and the issues persisted. I then had to ship my phone to Samsung. Samsung is now shipping my phone back to me, stating there is nothing wrong with the phone, while not doing any repairs whatsoever. This is such an unbelievably frustrating solution. When asked if I could get a refund or a new phone I was told that the issue would have to be ongoing (on the same phone that has already been looked at twice) and I would have to send it BACK to Samsung for them to look at it again. This is such a cop out, and at this point, I think I am done with Samsung for good. I've used their phones for the last decade, but I can't continue with this kind of customer service. I've also had to go buy a phone to use in the interim, as they wouldn't send me any sort of replacement or loaner while they were "attempting" to fix mine.
