S22 Ultra Contact List Update Issue

I got the issue on the contact list that it cannot be able to update. Neither add nor delete the contact. It would jump back to the home page. I would got the issue of "android.process.acore" keeps stopping message.

It appears since Nov, 2022. 

Anyone has this issue? Thanks.

How do i clear my catch and catched partition because i amto factory reset my phone.

Press and hold the Volume Up key and the Bixby / Power key. Once the Android Recovery screen comes up, release the buttons. Use the Volume Down button until you are highlighting 'Wipe cache partition

It still didn't work.

Yes, first time I use it, seems not work. Then I try to clear the contact cache in the mobile first, then clear the partition cache.
