This is the exynos SoC( system on a Chip). It has 8 cpu cores designed by ARM. A GPU co-designed by samsung and AMD. These along with the modem GPS etc are all integrated onto one chip - which is the Exynos 2200
I've just asked the same question as my s22 ultra shows the same and the reply got back was it's Exynos 2200 as the gpu is the Xclipse 920 AMD/Samsung.
