Hi, @user1000000. I'm sorry to learn that you are experiencing problems with the video camera on your S22 Ultra. I understand that you have already followed some steps to get this matter resolved.
Just to be clear, however, have you submitted an Error report? If so, please can you elaborate on what you were advised?
