S22 ultra black screen

So really disappointed with my phone. Keeps dropping out the screen to complete black. Also ive had it freeze on numerous occasions. Does anyone know if this is hardware or software issue.

Have you done the software update from 1 march? That solved black screen issues for me

I have this same issue.. and done the update and still no better.. It's only been doing it the last 3 days though 🤔

Its saying phone is up to date. No updates available 😩

How odd.. I had the March security patch but it didn't resolve the issue.. hopefully April's will sort this out

Lets hope so, scrolling is jittery as well. Will update if anything changes.
