Problem 2)

Phone worked great till all of a sudden it will randomly lose internet connection when hooked up to my truck via android auto... not just in the country but town as well.... thoughts?

Try the following @Josie

1. Run the optimisation tool in your Device Care Section.

2. Clear Cache Files from the phone's System Partition Section  > https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-do-i-clear-the-cache-on-my-device/ You may need to insert your earphones or hook upto a powered On Laptop to access the Clear Partition Section. This may help with lag or stutters as this clears the phone of old/unused or broken cache files. There is also a Repair Apps option in the Menu System too.

Consider moving some photos and videos to vaults such as Dropbox.

With mobile phone's now being able to take and store 4K  material etc I would personally always advise to go for the biggest storage capacity that one can afford to help future proof the purchase especially with the phone's Os taking up quite a large portion of the storage capacity.

If I can be of any further help then please don't hesitate. Take care.  😎

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
I'm here to help. " This is the way. "

i have done that and it did not help. i did get the notification to leave the screen but the usage never changed by uninstalling the android web viewer as one person recommended but again i still don't  have much storage as it says I have 1 GB. i did add larger files to onedrive.

Hello @Josie, your system partition is more than double my 65.15 Gb, including December's security update.
If you sort your apps in Settings>Apps by selecting the 3 horizontal bars on right hand side opposite Your apps abd Sort them by size your going to identify the apps cache that are orobably eating up your space. You may gave to reinstall them.

Did you make any changes to your phone since you got it? Like using Odin to install firmware?

My partner had this problem! Take your phone card out plus sim card if you have one clean it and put it back in. It seemed strange but it worked for him .

I would personally factory reset the device, especially if you recently updated to One UI 5. This is a very strange case. Do try the options above but if they do not work I would factory reset. Give your device a fresh start.
