Hi, I've preordered a black s22+ from Argos in the UK. Delivery date is set for tomorrow however I haven't get any updates from either Argos or Yodel which will deliver it. Is anyone going through the same? Or got more updates? Thanks.

Update: to my surprise I got it today. Still can't believe it, I got all the info for the delivery the morning (3/4am). Thank you all for the info.

Mine was due Saturday 12th just had email delayed to 25th. Really poor customer service

Typical Samscum. Can't even get hold of customer Service. Unacceptable. Should be compensated. Took money weeks ago 🤬

I've seen your post, many are complaining about the service they provided, which in fact they didn't at all. They should stop announcing phones a month earlier if they cannot meet the demand, especially during these times...

I don't know about that. I preordered it on the site when the listing was available which was the 11th Feb. I've seen people with it already around which is 99% coming from mobile operators. So I do believe Samsung is trying to stock retailers around the world and then it's own, probably because various business contracts

I see, I didn't know about that, first time ordering a preorder mobile phone from them. I do hope it's not the case. As it stands preordering through Sam site is equal if not worse than any other retailer as far as I've seen. Fingers crossed..but anyway thanks for the heads up!
