How were you able to revert. I just updated and it crashed my whole phone

I've also been experiencing one hi not responding pop ups , as per samsung service centre guidance I did factory reset thrice and went to service centre again , the also factory reseted the device but there is no change , the phone is still lagging and pops are also coming , even the samsung service guys didn't knew the reason for this . They told me if it's not software issue then the issue is with motherboard and you have to replace it , now I don't know what to do . Can it be system update glitch ?

Seeing that this was in March. It's now halfway through May, and my phone has been extremely laggy since the last update, system ui constantly crashing and screen gong black. Has anybody been able to get real responses instead of the typical "clear cache and restart phone" answers?
