Use the diagnostic tool in your Samsung Members App and if that comes back as ok then I'd suggest to use a Samsung Experience Store or Samsung Service Centre to have a look at the phone.

I have the same issue, it can even crash and reboot

Have same issue. it reboots and crashes sometimes, happens almost every day.
