My S22 (SM-S901B) bought through EE in the UK from new but it now does not recognise that there are any software updates or security patches available to download and update.
Currently the kernel is from Mar 22 and the security patches from April 22, with One UI 4.1 and Android version 12.
I need to get this updated with the most recent security patches but cannot see how to force my phone to 'see' that there are updates to get.
I was wondering if the service provider value of EUX/-/EUX/EVR is causing problems.
Any ideas? Thanks.

Thanks but none of those work unfortunately.
In safe mode and also via the Smart Switch app they both say 'Your software is up to date.'
As it may be useful for other people I had to hunt out an alternative method to enter safe mode on my S22 which was by holding down the on-screen power button until it changed to 'safe mode' which then allowed it to restart in that mode.

Unfortunately I agree with you but gave in to an offer, never again.

It is such a pain, I had to take the risk and I managed to update my S22 in the end by manually updating the firmware using this process: https://www.xda-developers.com/how-to-update-samsung-galaxy-smartphone/
Good luck.
