Does it charge via PC?

Are you using the one it came with it another cable?

If it charges only you might need a different cable as there are charge only and data/charge cables. The charge only normally feel quite thin and the data feels most robust.

Failing check the windows device manager for an issue. In the windows search box on the task bar run device manager then press the enter key

Look at the usb devices and see if anything isn't working, you will see it easily. If needed right click the USB hubs/ devices and delete, then restart the laptop and see if USB hubs/ devices Installed.

Some additional advice if other troubleshooting fails:

An idea to clear the cache and Data from USB storage.  To do this go to Settings-Apps- tap the 3 lines with the downward facing arrow to the right of Your Apps, toggle on show system Apps and select ok.   Go to  USB Settings- storage ,clear the cache/Data  and restart your Device.

Now when connecting with computer see if this makes a difference.

I do not work for Samsung or make Samsung Products but provide independent advice and valuable contributions.
