S22 Wipe Cache Partition - Recovery Menu

Hi, How to get to the Recovery Menu to Wipe Cache Partition? I have tried all Volume UP/down procedure with power button, with and without USB-C cable inside computer.... and it is not working. Any advaice? Is it important to have battery lvl higher than X%? (already 13).

Try
Power off the device.
•  a USB-C cable to a PC or another device.
• Hold Volume Up + Side Button until Recovery Menu appears.
• Select Wipe cache partition/ Confirm Reboot system.

1. Turn off the device.
2. Connect To Computer USBC to USBC (you may also connect to another Samsung mobile via USBC). Press and hold the Volume Up key and then press and hold the Power key
3. When the Android logo displays, release both keys.
4. Wait until the Android system recovery menu options appear.
5. Press the Volume down key several times to highlight wipe cache partition.
6. Press Power key to select.
7. Press the Volume down key to highlight yes, them and press the Power key to select.
8. When the wipe cache partition is complete, Reboot system now is highlighted.
9. Press the Power key to restart the device.
I am not employed by Samsung nor do I receive any remuneration as a Samsung Members Star.

My device is an S25 Ultra.

Like I said it is not working. I was changing cables/devices.

This works for me as well as I've plugged my s25u in to my tablet and it worked to clear the cache x

As i mentioned. I was trying from almost 30 minutes all combinations and it is not working. Sth else need to be done i think firstly

Hi @Dudek_89 

There have been already detailed information on how access the recovery menu. However, it works sometimes keep the volume up when the Samsung logo appears, sometimes release both keys.

If you have a case, please remove the case. I find that the case makes the process a bit more difficult. You will definitely need a cable connected to a PC, phone or device.
