S22+ Issues with USB connection

Dear community,

we're having an issue with a few months old S22+, suddenly not being able to resolve connection with a computer via USB.

Basically, upon connecting, Windows shows the device cannot be recognized and the USB driver is marked as unresponsive. (Already tested on 2 W10 computers) 

At first we thought the phone port might be physically damaged (also affects charging up to certain level) but weird thing is that when we restart the phone, the connection does work - only for the 1st time though, then not anymore, until the next restart. 

Every time the phone is connected to a computer, it starts charging, then the charging slows down significantly (tens of hours) and sometimes then stops completely, as the phone wasn't connected at all) Tried different cables,USB settings etc. but still the same.

Does anyone have any idea, experience with this? We don't really want to factory reset it in vain just yet. (Normal adapter charging works, even though the speed isn't constant as it should be).

Vážená komunita,


máme problém s několik měsíců starým S22+, který najednou není schopen vyřešit spojení s počítačem přes USB.


V podstatě po připojení se ve Windows zobrazí, že zařízení nelze rozpoznat, a ovladač USB je označen jako nereagující. (Již vyzkoušeno na 2 počítačích s W10)


Nejdříve jsme si mysleli, že by mohl být fyzicky poškozený port telefonu (ovlivňuje i nabíjení do určité úrovně), ale zvláštní je, že po restartu telefonu připojení funguje - ovšem jen na 1. pokus, pak už ne, až do dalšího restartu.


Pokaždé, když je telefon připojen k počítači, začne se nabíjet, pak se nabíjení výrazně zpomalí (desítky hodin) a někdy pak přestane úplně, jako by telefon nebyl vůbec připojen) Zkoušel jsem různé kabely,nastavení USB atd. ale stále stejné.


Má někdo nějaký nápad, zkušenost s tímto? Opravdu se nám zatím nechce marně obnovovat tovární nastavení. (Normální nabíjení adaptérem funguje, i když rychlost není konstantní jak by měla být).
