slow motion video issue - not fluent

i have a new s22 and my slow motion video is "skipping frames" -  literally uselless. 

have you noticed the same behavior?

can anyone tell me,

how can I raise a tkt to samsung?

Try resetting the camera settings via the Camera app - Settings- Reset settings
