S22 fault

Having issues with a near new S22 ultra. It's started getting hot, chewing through battery very fast, won't open camera. 

We've reset camera back to factory default, done the device care scan, restarted phone and finally done a factory reset but issue is still there.

The 65w charger barely keeps battery at the same level when plugged in. With no charger plugged in it drops around 1 percent battery every minute.

Any ideas before we return the phone?

Try partition cache wipe,also I personally would use a charger designed for the phone(don't know if that makes a difference).
Failing all that then maybe return the phone if you can

Definitely return it, I've seen countless S22 series in Cex and second hand gadget shops people just want rid of it on top of the countless complaints on here,reddit and other internet forums and no it doesn't get better with countless "software updates"
