S22 ear buds promotion

Hi, purchased the galaxy S22 from Sky mobile with the ear buds pro promotion.

Purchased on 30/03/22 and claim form was submitted on 14/04/22.

My claim just says 'claim received'

Can anyone help.

Buds can take upto 45 days to get sent.
Mine took about two and a half weeks.
They will notify you when they will be due for delivery.
Takes a while to validate all the claims they are dealing with

So although i done it on the 14th april and says it takes five days to accept the claim, will i just wait?

Yeah I'm afraid so.
It's a third party company that the claims go though, so there's no way of finding out otherwise.
My claim got received and didn't hear anything until it was going to be delivered.
