Can't claim my free ear buds

Hi all

I have just bought an S22+ from Amazon which was advertised as being able to claim free ear buds. However the benefits section in this app doesn't have anything in it. Am I doing something wrong? Am I looking in the wrong place?

Please help me if you can.

The small print for that offer states that the handset has to be sold and dispatched by amazon.co.uk,
Can you confirm this is the case?

You may be best contacting samsung customer care to see if your eligible and further steps to take

Is the benefits section blank @robtiara i.e no information in it whatsoever  ?

Have you followed the Samsung link to claim the promotional item ?
