I recently noticed some vertical lines appearing on my Samsung Galaxy S22 display, and I'm wondering if anyone else is experiencing the same issue. If so, have you found any solutions or contacted Samsung support about it? Any insights or advice would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance for your help

I too facing the same issue after software update. Now following the service centre for replacement. First one single line started appearing on the center and then today (after few days) few more lines started appearing. Samsung denies for free replacement. But they should support his customer.
Everyone needs to highlight this so that Samsung will support the premium phone users.

We need to sue samsung as a community. I did not have my phone for 6 months before the lines appeared. I am doing a petition for screen replacement. Reply by stating I agree

Did Samsung ever reply to this thread about the vertical green lines appearing on almost brand new phones. They don't seem to care or give an answer and it seems to be a widespread problem. My S22 is not even 2 years old, this happened first in Aug 2024 and after charging me money to change the display it the same thing happens again now in Jan 2025. Shows that there is an inherent defect in their production. I will be a loyal Samsung customer going to another brand if I dont get a satisfactory response and solution soon.
Are you listening Samsung or are you too big to even care to reply?!

Hi, did you a free display replacement?
If yes then please guide, how to claim it

I have barely used my phone for one year and the phone( Samsung Galaxy S22 Plus) started having this vertical line issue. This is highly disappointing. I hope you are going to ensure a free display replacement for this issue. What's the point of building flagship cellphones if basic hardware is crashing with bare minimum usage !

It has nothing to do with the software or updates. It's one of their suppliers supplying a poor batch of displays. Just go to the service centre and tell them to replace it. I actually fault ed the problem twice. They call it "UB line". They charged me a smaller amount like 40USD 1st time and then it happened again about 3-4 months later when they replaced it free of charge. But yes Samsung quality is down. Maybe they have too many suppliers not QC well enough can't say. Just go to the service centre and ask them to change it free as the display is defective. Tell them you've seen on the internet many people complaining about this issue so they should be aware of their display issues.
