S22 can't see incoming calls

Hi I can't see incoming calls on S22 have reied the Forse stop. Checking no barring. Checked sim card. And looked for things but it still the same. Any help please?

It only seems to happen to some calls the s reen was just black eg didn't light up at all. Was told by caller he rang on WhatsApp so checking the settings if that. Thanks for your response.

Also having problems with notifications as well double checking setting now.

@shellytimes: Please can you provide further details of the issues you're experiencing with your notifications? Regarding your incoming calls, does the phone still ring when the call comes through, and is the phone idle at the time? If so, have you tried tapping the Side Key to see if you're able to access the call screen? In the meantime, please try heading to the Phone app > Tap the 3 dots in the top right > Settings > Call display while using apps, and try switching to one of the other options here to see if you notice an improvement.
