So had an s22 and completed the update and then had battery issues . Not consistent then not holding for more than 2 hours took it to my network nothing they could do Samsung issue took it to a network with Samsung link to be told it would need to be sent away meaning poss a week with out phone . Which as a singletons living alone not close to family and a sick relative not practical so this was last week . I ordered a new phone and it arrived just it time as phone which had been in a case 24/7 since day dot . Took it out and it looks like the battery has swollen and the back of the phone is detached fire risk and totally shocked as I have never had this issue before

Hi @kpri56  Was this phone provided by a Network?   In any case it will need to be reported as this is a Health/Safety issue, certainly  not acceptable.  is it an S22 or a more modern Device?
